Van and two crew, across every London borough — for the jobs that are more than a courier will take and less than a removals firm normally wants.
There is a gap in London that nobody serves well. Above it sit removals firms who want a whole house. Below it sit couriers who will not take a sofa. In between is most of what people actually need shifting: the Marketplace find, the one wardrobe, the room out of a shared house, the run to a storage unit.
That gap is what this is for.
Small does not mean casual
The thing that goes wrong at this end of the market is not usually the driving. It is a van booked too small, an item that was never coming down the seller's stairs, a hallway scuffed in a rented flat, or a load that slid around an empty van because nobody brought blankets.
All four are avoidable with a bit of planning, and all four are why we ask for photographs and the seller's postcode before quoting rather than after.
We do the big stuff too
Full flat moves and house moves, across every borough. This site leads with the small end because that is where people struggle to find anyone sensible — not because it is the limit of what we do.
What we are not
Not a courier and not a man-with-a-van who only drives. Not a broker. And we carry no accreditations, ratings or reviews we have not earned — if a claim appears on this site, we can stand behind it.
How we work
Four things we hold to
Photographs, not descriptions
Everyone underestimates their own load. Pictures take thirty seconds and stop the single most expensive mistake in this category — a van that is slightly too small.
Blankets on every job
Including one-item ones. An unrestrained object in an empty van slides and rubs for the entire journey and arrives marked.
We check the street first
Red route, parking zone, loading restriction, height barrier. Half the problems in London happen outside the front door, not inside it.
We tell you when not to book us
If a car and a friend would do it, we say so. It costs us work and it means you can trust the times we say you do need a van.
